Apparently Dr. Carbonell refuses complaint forms from the Better Business Bureau so that the BBB will not process the complaint. I must assume he has had a number of complaints in order to have learned this “trick”. See the state veterinarian board for complaints since they DO keep the records! Dr. Carbonell told me out of the blue he was refusing to treat my pet any longer and would not even sell me the food his associate Dr. Bridges prescribed. I could not afford a $600.00-$700.00 biopsy for the cat’s gums. He told me everything was fine per treatment after an exam 6 weeks earlier and that we would continue the same treatment plan! Also tried to charge $340.00 to remove a tooth that Plano Animal and Bird Clinic charged me $70.00 to handle. Price gouging galore here! Said he wasn’t making enough money off of me to sell me food and meds any more. Please RUN as fast as you can from this character!
