The Border Terrier was bred to hunt or find fox and flush them out of their holes. This breed originated around the 18th century and was used widely in Great Britain and Scotland.

APPEARANCE(S)

Border Terriers are small dogs with compact bodies. The ears usually fold over the forehead, and the eyebrows look like their always thinking.

COLOR(S)



This breed can be red, grizzle and tan, blue and tan or wheaten.

This breed has a short wiry coat.
