HISTORY
As their name implies, these cats originated in Cornwall, England, where they first appeared in a litter of barn cats born about 1950.APPEARANCE(S)
The Cornish Rex has a slender body, deep chest and long skinny legs. The head is egg shaped with large oval eyes and large erect ears. The Cornish Rex have a naturally arched back that can make them appears as if they are ready to pounce at any time.COLOR(S)
Cornish Rex can be seen in any variety of color and pattern.
COAT
The coat is short, soft and has the distinguishing wavy appearance. Their fur lacks guard hairs, which is what gives it the “washboard” appearance.
PERSONALITY
Cornish Rex make lovely companions, they are fun loving, playful, and quite affectionate. They love being part of a busy household, and are quite athletic in their play.GROOMING
